Mr. Surendra Kumar Jain has an experience in Finance, Banking Merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Restructuring Operations any many more financial activities. He is also responsible for Corporate Administration, Corporate Image and Public Relationship, Personal/Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Relationship and Publicity.

PRITI JAIN (Executive Director )

REKHA BHANDARI (Executive Director)

SUJAN MAL MEHTA (Non-Executive- Independent Directors)

He joined the management team from 03/04/2012 Mr. Sujan Mal Mehta has an experience in Finance, Banking Operations of fund management. ANIL PRAKASH (Non-Executive- Independent Directors)

Mr. Anil Prakash, is the Independent Director of the Company. He joined the management dated on 01/08/2012. He has rich & vast experience in the NBFC & secretarial compliances. PIYUSH JAIN (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Piyush Jain, having PAN (AUWPJ6381M) is the CFO of the Company. He joined the management dated on 12/11/2018. He has rich experience in the financial sectors. NISHU JAIN (Company Secretary)

Ms. Nishu Jain, PAN (BGPPJ3089L) is the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company. She joined the company dated on 22/04/2019. She is young and very dynamic Company Secretary with versatile in doing the secretarial work efficiently. She has vast exposure and knowledge of the ROC Compliances, SEBI Regulations & Listing Compliances and much other related work. Her knowledge and exposure in the compliances, helps the company in having a non-complaint company. Her energy boosted the management to work hard and to the endless limit.
